From Shepherdsville exit 116, take Cedar Grove Road east. Heritage Hills is on the left just before Stoney Ridge.  As with most neighborhoods in Shepherdsville, I-65 is easily accessible and you can be in Louisville in a matter of minutes.

Greg - Depending on the builder, etc you could probably something right aroun $400,000.  All things considered, it is an exceptional value.

Those are AMAZING homes.  How big are the lots, they look pretty large?  Those would be almost double here in Sherwood.  Such a pretty area too.  I should cash in and retire there!
