Bennett Chef once famously bet Theodor Geisel $50 he could not write a book using only 50 different words. With apologies to Geisel, aka Dr. Seuss, I attempted to answer the above question in that spirit.
In case you don't know, Seuss not only successfully won the bet, but "Green Eggs and Ham" is one of the Best Selling Children's Books of all-time.

Very cute!! I love the "landlords will not enter here!" Love green eggs & ham!
This is fabulous!! I love Green Eggs and Ham! You must have children!
Erik, very original post. I always enjoyed reading this one to my kids.
I like this Sam I Am version. Is the Dr. Suess bet for real?
Great post-I love the Dr. Suess books for children.
Heather - Yes, the bet was for real. I wonder whether Suess would pride himself more on taking $50 from his friend or from the success of the book?
KM - That was an 'expensive' sentence. It cost me 4 words.
Dorrie - Thank you and yes I do. Twin 6-year olds.
Amy - My kids love all things Dr Suess. They have stuffed Cats in the Hat that go everywhere with them.
Pat - I do as well. Even after reading them dozens of times, they do not seem to get old. Tha man was a genious.
See, This is good education. So simple even I get it. Very clever post
Good one erik. Let's see if your story also becomse a classic...lol
Have a great day
Make This YOUR Best Year Ever
Leander
Lol Claude. On a somewhat serious note, I honestly think the message is getting out. More and more first-time home buyers are calling.
Leander - I'm a bit skeptical, but one can always hope! I have a lot more respect for him after trying this. Fifty words is tough.
Haaaaaaaaa! I love that book. ;-)
That is great, Erik!! I am giong to send it to my team members, author quoted!
Erik - I sent it to my team and named it "Buy A Home Poem"
C - I hoped you would like it.
Wendy - Lol. I think your team might be better served reading something useful, but I like the name.
Erik - I think you did a great job. Dr. Seuss would be proud.
I do not like a home with rent
i do not like it with a dent.
I do not like it with some mold
I do not like it painted bold.
I do not like it with lead paint
I do not like it really quaint.
uh-oh...you got me started now...
John - Thanks man. As I mentioned to Leander above, this is actually harder than it sounds.
Melina - ROFLMAO! Only 19 words. Keep going!
50 words huh...okay, let me see if I can finish it with 50 words.
Very creative Erik, now who is this Sam character you speak of?
Hi Erik ~ So glad to discover this - I found your post via Melina's - somehow I missed it originally. This is just so clever - I love it!
Liz
JL - I assume you are kidding.
Liz - Thanks. I enjoyed Melina's as well.
This is one of the most clever and unique things I have read in a LONG time! I hope you don't mind, I will be re-blogging that. It's too good not to share with others!!
You can tell your clients over and over again about the tax benefits or savings they can achieve from owning their own home, but with the other agents saying the same thing- you've got to differentiate yourself from the pack. Let me assure you, you have just sprinted past the rest of them!!
Thanks for sharing, Nicole Weidauer

Nicole- Thanks for the compliment and the reblog! As far as the other part, I may have outpaced other agents, but I seem to have out run clients too. Maybe I'm going in the wrong direction. You got a map?
